2020 - Huy T'seep Q'u

My grand-daughter and I forgot we had this up, it hasn't been updated since 2011! Yes, I am still knitting, and taking custom orders.

I've updated the blog with my current e-mail, dora.cowichan@gmail.com. If you checked this out recently, you'll also notice a change in the measurement requirements for sleeves on sweaters.

I have a new logo that has been in use for a year now!

Thulamiyé is my traditional name, and my grand-daughter designed the hummingbird.

I would like to say huy t'seep q'u (thank you all) to everyone who has purchased one of my hand made creations, this year, and over the years since finding me. I am still purchasing the wool raw and spinning the wool myself.

I hope you and your family are keeping safe and well during this time.

Here is an updated photo of me knitting.

Cowichan Weaving

I can weave small, medium, and large blankets from sheep wool.

I can do herringbone stitch.

They are hand woven on a loom.

I'll place a photo up as soon as one is available.

E-mail dora.cowichan@gmail.com to place an order.

Genuine Cowichan Vests

Vests can be pull over, or with a zipper. Measure as if you were going to order a sweater.
Designs are similar to the Sweater designs.

If you would like to place an order please e-mail me at dora.cowichan@gmail.com

Genuine Cowichan Hand Bags

Hand bags can be in geometric designs, or small animal or bird prints. They have a string tie and a shoulder strap.

Made from local sheep wool.

Genuine Cowichan Mittens

Mittens are warm for the winter cold weather! They come in geometric designs, such as stripes. They can be made in different colours of wool.

Keep your hands warm in these comfortable mittens.

E-mail me at dora.cowichan@gmail.com if you'd like to order a pair.

Genuine Cowichan Sock Slippers

Sock Slippers can be made for women, men and children. I can also make baby booties.

I just need to know your foot size to make them.
